New Jet Cook™ Condiment System For UK Ambient Food Producer

We are delighted to be working together with a leading UK food producer to supply them with a new Jet Cook System. The condiments that will be produced are tomato ketchup, mint sauce, bbq sauce, salad dressings, mustards and full fat mayonnaise to name only a few. Their new equipment will consist of two of our new generation and award-winning In-Tank Jet Cook Units, Braising bar, In-Vessel emulsifier, Tote bin lifter and patented Recipe Manager Software.  These will be installed in their BRC Grade A-approved site in the North of England.

Following trials with the customer at our UK test facility, the speed, finished product quality and product flexibility of the DCN Jet Cook system was exactly what they were looking for.   We have worked together on cooking projects over the last 12 years, and are delighted to have been chosen as their processing partner once again.
