Automatic Ingredient Addition reduces processing times of 3 sauce recipes

Three additional sauces were added to our customers’ existing product portfolio last week with the help of extra product and process training from our Jet Cook Specialist.

Watch the new videos of Chilli Sauce and Piri Piri Sauce and Ketchup being produced using Jet Cook, Re-circulation Homogenisers, and Automatic Ingredient Addition Software. 

We were able to reduce processing times and labour by adding liquid ingredients automatically via pumps and flow meters, and solids such as paste via our tote bin system. The rapid addition of ingredients works well with the high-speed heating via twin Jet Cook Units.

Recipe Manager Software and Virtual Chart Recorder gives the customer an accurate record of the total process, ingredient weights, yields, times, and temperatures at every stage.
