Leading Food Group in Saudi Arabia Purchase Jet Cook™ Systems

We are delighted today to announce the receipt of a multi system order from one of Saudi Arabia’s food service company.

Our customer is the owners of some of Saudi’s leading restaurant brands with more than 75 restaurants throughout the Kingdom, and growing quickly. With more than 1000 employees they supply their restaurants from a central kitchen in Dammam which operates 7 days a week.

This substantial order come following initial meetings at Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition in Dubai and then follow up meetings at their production facility Dammam, and visits to their restaurants to try their products. Many hours were spent going through their exact immediate and future requirement to enable us to deliver them a system that will take them into the future.

The overall project will be for equipment that utilises the highly successful DC Norris Cook & Chill process that enables our clients to cook for inventory to optimise efficiency in their production schedules. The equipment  will include our World Leading Jet Cook complete with Braising Bar and In-Vessel Emulsifier all controlled with DCN's Recipe Manager SystemTumble ChillersTransfer vessels, Pump Fill and IBC Stations. We anticipate the first stage delivery to be operational in November / December 2018 and the rest to follow shortly after.
