Condiment Jet Cook Trials

Last week, we completed two days of on-site advanced product training with a leading producer of condiment sauces in the UK.  The customer produces approximately 600 tons of finished product per week for retail, food service and brands.

They took ownership of their 2000ltr Jet Cook System four months ago  which is complete with twin in-tank Jet Cooks, re-circulation homogeniser, cooling system, tote bin lifter, auto liquid ingredient dosing, and Recipe Manager Software.

The system produces a wide range of condiments including ketchup, chilli, BBQ and mint sauce, and can cook and cool 2000 litres of the product in 60 minutes.    

Cold products such as mayonnaise, mustard, dressings and marinades can be produced at flow rates of 2000 litres in 30 minutes.
