Africa calls Jet Cook™ for a 4th visit this year

Due to the high demand for Jet Cook trials, presentations and customers visits from all over Africa, our specialist has just completed the 4th visit in 7 months.

Along with our South African agents Courlanders, we visited customers in South, Southern and Central Africa over a 10 day period, as well as running two days of trials at our South African test facility at CPUT in Cape Town.

The customer visits were to large producers of maheu, condiments and condensed milk.

Trials at our test facility included maheu, mabela, condensed milk and tomato ketchup, which were all produced to the customers satisfaction.  This was due to the fast production times, and quality of the finished product.

Using our high speed Jet Entrain in the condensed milk trial, we entrained 96Kgs of powder into only 230ltrs of liquid in less than 50 seconds.  We then heated it with our In-line Jet Cook to 98°C in less than 6 minutes.

Africa remains a big market for DCN and the Jet Cook system, another three trips are planned to Africa before Christmas, for sales visits, trials and another Maheu installation.
