DCN Systems can produce dairy and non-dairy beverages using a combination of both our Jet Cook™ and powder entrainment technologies. Fruit-based, maize, sorghum, energy and nutrition drinks are made in a fraction of the time, using significantly less equipment/vessels. Our aim is to reduce the processing time and improve the product quality whilst also reducing the footprint and processing vessel inventory. We can also remove the issues of burn-on contamination so minimising CIP times, and both water and chemical usage.
We have provided multiple systems in Africa and Mexico to produce grain-based drinks such as Maheu, Mi Desayuno, Chibuku (beer) and Mabele at between 500 and 24000ltrs p/h. In South Africa and Azerbaijan we have systems producing the very popular condensed milk for retail and food service between 500ltrs and 5000ltrs p/h.
