Is Jet Cook™ new technology?
Twelve years ago, DCN and Pursuit Dynamics (PDX) were partners in developing the technology. DCN designed and built the first development skids and software, and still hold the copyright to it.  All the original trials were completed in our Product Development Test Facility in Great Gransden, Bedfordshire. We have now completed over 4000 product trials and have sold more than...

How does it work?
Steam is accelerated and atomised at high pressure directly into the product through DCN's patented steam conditioning chamber and annular nozzle arrangement. As the steam collapses it creates a partial vacuum and pulls the product through the system back into the vessel, whilst simultaneously heating, mixing and pumping. 99.5% of energy is collapsed directly into the product ensuring huge...

Does it add water to my recipe?
Between 8% and 10% of water is added to the product, this water is deducted from the recipe at the beginning of the process giving you potentially 100%  yields

How can you convert traditionally produced recipes to Jet Cook™ produced recipes?
This is something we do on a daily basis and can demonstrate at one of our test facilities. We will also train your NPD/process team to enable them to do this themselves in the future, and also offer consultations and on-site training if required

Can you retro-fit a Jet Cook™ unit to existing equipment?
