More Middle Eastern Opportunities for Jet Cook™

Last week we spent 4 days in Dubai showing a Middle Eastern Company around one of our existing customers’ facility.

MAM Foods were kind enough to open their doors to us and our potential customer, and we were able to demonstrate the capabilities of their Jet Cook™ Steam Infusion System.   Sauces and meals such a bolognese, béchamel, cheese, curries, dressings and marinades are produced with the patented In-Tank Jet Cook™ Unit, Braising Bar, Vapour Reduction System and In-Vessel emulsifier.  

All the sauces are pumped out of the Jet Cook™ Steam Infusion System via our Pump Fill Station, and can then be cooled in the 1000ltr Tumble Chiller.

MAM also have a DCN stock cooking system, and a large Sous Vide system capable of cooking and cooling 1000Kgs of marinated chicken breasts in 2hrs.

We also visited the Gulfood Food & Beverage Trade Show, the largest of its kind in the world.  We picked up enquiries from the USA, Belgium, India and Holland, as well as a request from an existing customer for some additional Jet Cook™ training.
