Haldiram Foods India Move to the Future with Jet Cook™ Steam Infusion

We are delighted today to receive our second order this year from India for our World Leading Jet Cook™ System.

Our Jet Cook™ System, along with our Braising Bar and Recipe Manager System will be used to produce gravies, masalas, Dhall and other Indian dishes for local and international markets. The Braising Bar will be used to crack the spices and seeds to release the maximum amount of flavour and aroma in the shortest amount of time, then the Jet Cook™ rapidly heats and mixes the rest of the ingredients to the final cooking temperature to maximise the flavour, colour and nutritional value of the final product.

The order follows a day spent with the Haldiram chefs monitoring their gravy, masala and Dhal cooking at their factory New Deli, (See photographs) then a factory visit in the UK to one of our many customers to see the Jet Cook™ in operation.

Haldiram's are a major Indian sweet and snack manufacturer with plants in Nagpur, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bikaner. Haldiram's also has its own retail stores and a range of restaurants. These products are exported to several countries worldwide, including  Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand and more.

We anticipate the system being installed in Q2/3 2019 followed by a week of operator and process training.
