Jet Cook™ is able to produce a huge variety of soups, from thin tomato and basil to high viscosity soups containing grains, vegetables and meat.

By utilising our Braising Bar at the start of the cooking process to sear the vegetables, we can give the soup a much sweeter and fresh finished product flavour.  We can also achieve colour and caramelisation of onions to give a more real rustic look and flavour. 

The Jet Cook™ is then used to rapidly and evenly heat the soup to its required temperature, it can then be homogenized if required to create a smooth base for the soup.

Other ingredients can then be added such as meat, grains or garnish and Jet Cook™  Steam Infusion will then heat rapidly but gently to the required final temperature without damaging any of the particulates. As the system has no moving parts the particles remain undamaged throughout the process.
